EXTRACTION-BASED ORTHODONTICS - 1: (A PROCESS WE TRY TO AVOID!)
Susan at six had a perfect facial profile and a well-developed craniofacial complex. But, when she was older, her dentist said she was crowded dentally and extracted four bicuspid teeth. The result 55 years later shows a dished-in and retruded lower face, with the front teeth pulled back.

EXTRACTION-BASED ORTHODONTICS - 2:
An infamous case where identical twin sisters show the difference between extraction and non-extraction orthodontics. Guess which one is which!
(Case: Dr Hans Eirew BDS)
A rotated maxilla, inferior on the right side, was levelled by the cranial osteopath, rendering the malocclusion more easy to treat by 'expanding' the maxilla laterally.

BEFORE AND AFTER CEPHALOMETRIC X-RAYS:
A well-treated Class II Div 1 case; but note how the excessive neck curvature straightened along with the mandibular forwards improvement, with all that that implies for airway, posture, and overall health.
(Case: Dr Liz Lammiman BDS DOrth)
